Dr Adekunle regularly prepares Tribunal Reports and attends Mental Health Act Tribunals on behalf of his clients, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice.
He regularly operates as a Section 12 Independent Psychiatrist within the context of assessing clients under the Mental Health Act.
On behalf of his Trust, he is currently setting up a Court Diversion Scheme Service which would aim to establish a strong liaison network amongst respective parties including my Trust, Metropolitan Police Service, Social Service, Ministry of Justice, and Her Majesty’s Prison Service.
