Dr Paul Loughlin

Dr Loughlin prepares reports for personal injury, work related stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, fitness to work, mental capacity issues, Lasting Power of Attorney and Testamentary Capacity. Reports comply with Woolf specifications. He has attended Bond Solon and APIL Courses on medico-legal report writing and has attended a Bond Solon Court Room Skills Course.

Dr Loughlin has been on the GMC specialists register for General Adult and Older Adult Psychiatry since 2001. He worked as a full time NHS consultant psychiatrist for Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust from August 2001 until November 2015 when he went into full-time independent psychiatric practice. He has held private practising privileges at the Cardinal Clinic in Windsor since 2002. He works mainly in the field of affective disorders, anxiety disorders, neuropsychiatry and cognitive disorders, and has been in medico-legal practice since 2000.
