Dr Ana Reis
Dr Ana Reis is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience with children, adolescents and adults in different settings including children and adolescents mental health, learning disabilities, paediatrics and adult mental health services.
She specialised in working with clients with clients with Personality Disorders. Dr Ana worked in a Compex Needs Service providing intensive psychotherapy to adults with personality problems. She also worked with children and adolescents with complex mental health problems (attachment and emotional difficulties) caused by abuse and neglect in fostering and residential care.
Dr Reis carries out different assessments on personality, trauma, abuse, aggression/offending behaviour and mental capacity. She also assesses children’s placements, family dynamics and parenting capacity. She designed a service for the Cambridge University Hospitals for children with brain tumours and is able to provide cognitive assessments, to assess cases of negligence and the liaision between neuropsychology and mental health.
Dr Reis is a MBT therapist and provides psychodinamic therapy to children, adolescents and adults in Central London. She is also a Certified Supervisor by the Univeristy of Oxford.
